Kia Ora,
welcome to the newer version of the Skylines Downunder website.

You are probably looking at it thinking that nothing has changed. On the surface of it not a lot has changed but over the years the site has moved from being a Geocities hompage, to a subdomained site at homepage.com, for many years it was hardcoded and then I learned something about content management and I loaded all of the content into a CMS. That was great as it meant I no longer needed to hand code the website and could update from anywhere however I never really got the user rights effectively sorted out to allow multiple users to update the site. Anyway besides a career change, a child birth at our house and a move of house I basically got very busy. During all of this I never stopped thinking about the website not being quite right. So recently I started finishing the redesign I could've completed sometime back before I got all busy. Now we have a site which should allow multiple editors to add content for the good of the community.

So here we have it. If you have been given rights to update or add content to the website you should be able to login using the form on the right to login and do stuff on the website. This should include adding content or links or update existing content. Some of these rights will vary depending on the user. This is to ensure a graduated rights system to ensure the integrity of the site content aswell as the site security.

Anyway, that's my speal. Let's see how we go.

regards
